If only Homeoindia and CsTech owns (and knows) the account ID(s) and password(s) then we are responsible for your email ID’s and profiles security. If you request the account ID(s) and password(s) and we give them to you, then you are solely responsible for your website's security (including unauthorized changes).

Should Homeoindia and CsTech waive any of these terms on an individual basis, this shall not affect the validity of remaining clauses or commit Homeoindia and CsTech to waive the same clause on any other occasion

This contract shall be subject to Indian Law. Where it is held that Homeoindia and CsTech is not entitled to rely on any term in this contract, then Homeoindia and CsTech may also be allowed to cancel all rights and obligations under this contract, or to hold all other clauses as valid entirely at their sole discretion
